Rutherford Lacrosse Association – Sponsorship Prospectus 2024

The Rutherford Lacrosse Association was formed in 2015 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the goal of introducing lacrosse to the youth of Rutherford, New Jersey.  The volunteer run and sponsor supported organization has enjoyed significant growth with over 150 kindergarten through 8th grade girls and boys participating each year, all of which will receive our Sponsor T-Shirts.  The program has enjoyed tremendous success at all levels with winning seasons, tournament championships, but most importantly another opportunity for Rutherford’s kids to play a new sport while learning the value of hard work and sportsmanship.  The program’s growth has extended to the high school where there are now men’s and women's lacrosse teams competing at the JV and Varsity levels.

The ongoing success of the program, however, depends on continued involvement from our volunteer coaches and board members, parents and players, and our community sponsors.  To date, our sponsors have helped the program offset league registration and tournament fees, cover the expenses for those families who need financial assistance, provide uniforms and practice gear for players and cover the ongoing cost of providing equipment to our teams.  In short, we need your help to continue teaching our children the fast and fun sport of lacrosse.
